All kits include small parts and are definitely unsuitable for children under 5 years old.

Extreme care should be taken when using electricity and soldering irons.

It is strongly recommended that children under 12 are closely supervised until their responsible adult is sure they are competent and aware of the inherent hazards involved in the construction of electric circuits.

Soldering Irons reach temperatures of over 300 degrees and whilst burns are usually small, they can be painful, especially for children.
